Stephen Sawrey BA (Hons) FCII

After graduating from Leicester University in 1984 with a degree in Geography, Stephen began his career in Birmingham with Royal Insurance. In 1987 he moved to Coventry as a Senior Development Underwriter with responsibility for the major brokers in the City.

In 1990 he was head hunted by a local firm and has been broking ever since. He was one of the Founders of the business in 2003.

Stephen believes in providing a personal service to his portfolio of clients as well as developing new business opportunities.

Currently the Secretary of the Coventry Insurance Institute, he was also their President in 1998. At present he is serving as an examination assessor for The Chartered Insurance Institute.

Having 2 teenage children Stephen has many additional talents including every father’s favourite – Chauffeur ( Unpaid ). In amongst the errands he finds time for gardening, watching cricket and researching the latest news on Leeds United! He also collects road maps and old car number plates!
