We aim to provide the highest possible level of service by:

  • Efficient handling of your claims correspondence, forwarding all received claims correspondence to insurers within 48 hours of recepit
  • We will negotiate with your insurers to obtain settlement to your best advantage
  • Keeping customer and all other interested parties informed with the progress of your claim
  • Claim settlement cheques to be forwarded to you within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Any client call queries or internal department queries to be dealt with same day
